We need one or more Tournament Directors (TD) in every city where there is a full service Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) restaurant. You will receive compensation of 7.5% of the entry fee paid by players at your tournaments. If a team from your store win the National Championship in any division, you will receive $5,000.00. As we grow, there will be other incentives. Give us a little time.

LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

*Oversee and support all team captains
*Promote a positive and professional team environment
*Maintain strong working relationship with store management staff.

RECRUITMENT AND GROWTH

*Recruit new domino players and expand club membership
*Promote the club on social media and local outreach
*Provide updates on club growth and notable achievements to the national office.

EVENT COORDINATION'

*Organize and coordinate monthly tournaments according the NDL rules.
*Track attendance, tournament results and team standings
*Report outcomes to the national office.

PLAYER EXPERIENCE AND ENVIRONMENT

*Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players

*Ensure the playing area is clean, organized and aligned with restaurants policies

*Represent the league in a positive and professional manner 100% of the time

COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING

*Ensure adherence to league rules, restaurants policies, and all regulations
*Maintain accurate player registration and contact records
*Report safety concerns or incidents promptly to the restaurant staff and the national office.

EXPECT THESE RESPONSIBILITES TO BE AMENDED AND MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME IN WRITING.

1. TOURNAMENT entry fee will be $50.00 and must be paid online 24 hours before the day of the tournament. Participants will be allowed to register at the door but, (1) NO CASH will be accepted. You must pay digitally and you MUST pay a late fee of $25.00.

2. Players should arrive and check in prior to the posted start time of the tournament

3. Each player will play 9 other other players one game. The players with the 4 best records will advance to the FINAL 4. The final four will be the best of 3 after seeding.
4. How the prize money works.

EXAMPLE:

20 PLAYERS --$1,000.00
Prize money -- 800.00
1st --40% or $320.00
2nd --30% or $240.00
3rd -- 20% or $160.00
4th-- 10% or $80.00

1. 15% to Tournament Director and NDL
2. 5% to the top 10 players at the end of the season which will be in April 2027. The details regarding the ranking system will be posted later.

7. Comply with Buffalo Wild Wings’ occupancy, smoking, and any local health rules; follow staff direction for safety or evacuation.
